The main aim of the training course is to train youth workers so they are able to create new ways of active youth participation in civil society. Participants can learn about good practices and develop new methods to foster youth participation. 

The training course will take place in Vildrike, Estonia, from 5th to 9th of June (arrival on 4th of June and departure on 10th of June).
The main aim of the training course is to train youth workers so they are able to create new ways of active youth participation in civil society. 
Mobility of youth workers (training course) will take place from 4th to 10th June 2017 in Vidrike, South-Estonia and bring together 25 participants from 10 different countries (Estonia, Germany, Slovakia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Austria, Sweden and United Kingdom). Participants will be youth workers (18+). Training course will be supported and facilitated by team of three trainers/facilitators from Estonia. 
The main aim of the training course is to train youth workers so they are able to create new ways of active youth participation in civil society.

Training course allows participants to:
• learn how to develop and implement Erasmus+ projects
• make contacts and find partners for international activities
• develop common understanding for the need of active youth participation and how to support it
• learn about new youth participation approaches, develop new methods for youth participation and create an implementation plan for their local reality
• learn about good quality youth projects and the logic of international projects
• start developing cooperation ideas in the framework of Erasmus+ programme

All methods used during the training course will be non-formal, such as group works, individual tasks, creative tasks, plays, quizzes, study visits etc. Methods will learner-cantered and will take into account the learning needs of the participants. 
Participants can learn about good practices in youth participation, share their experiences and together with colleagues from 10 countries develop new and innovative methods to foster youth participation. They will build up a solid plan how to implement these new methods and strategies back home with their youngsters and learn how to engage, involve and keep young people motivated over a long period of time. Additionally they learn to understand the logics of international activities, opportunities of Erasmus+ programme and have a chance for networking and finding partners for international cooperation. 

Profile of participants:
Participants have to fit the following profile:
- youth workers, professionals working daily with young people 
- over 18 years old
- motivated to foster youth participation in their area
- looking for partners for international cooperation
- can communicate in English
- are able to attend 100 % of the training course
Project is organized by Estonian organization

Costs
If you are selected for this course, all costs (accommodation in twin rooms, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the National Agencies involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from country to country.
