Small organisations in rural areas can find human resources as a challenge in organising international youth projects. On this study visits we visit a region that is active and good practices show how the work is done.
The study visit will gather together youth workers from small scale towns, rural areas and little villages to have a look at Polish good practices (local and international).

We will have a base camp in Konstancin - suburbian district of Warsaw. From there we will make visits to villages and other small places and see what kind of practices youth workers have to give their young people an opportunity to meet different projects, specially international.

We will also get to know the participating organisations and create contacts between participants. We can start forming project ideas and see how to get forward with the ideas later in the frame of Erasmus+.

Our focus will be to show youth projects like youth exchanges, European Voluntary Service (EVS) and small strategic partnership. All are organised in the frame of Erasmus+.

The participants will come from Finland, Poland, Portugal, Norway, Denmark, Hungary, Lithuania, Ireland and the countries of Eastern Europe and Caucasus.
